to help lead the charge. In this role, you won’t just be maintaining systems—you’ll be modernising them from the ground up. From designing high-impact APIs to transforming legacy platforms, you’ll play a key part in shaping the infrastructure that keeps millions connected. What You’ll Be Doing Build and scale API integrations using a next-gen iPaaS platform Migrate legacy systems into modern, cloud-ready environments Design and deliver resilient APIs using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, REST Help refine governance and development processes—so teams can build smarter, faster Work closely with product, engineering, and ops to co-create real-world solutions Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of integration Support system reliability and accessibility for the people who count on them every day What Sets You Up for Success You don’t need to tick every box to apply—we’re more interested in your potential, perspective, and willingness to grow. 5+ years of experience in integration engineering—TIBCO BW, EMS, REST APIs, and containerization are part of your toolkit Experience with scalable architecture (microservices, API platforms, or similar) Comfortable with hands-on API development in Java or C++ You see tech as a tool for connection, and architecture as a foundation for collaboration You’re curious, proactive, and care about doing things well—with others You enjoy mentoring and learning in equal measure, and want to grow in a supportive environment What You’ll Find Here A hybrid work setup—balance home and office (The Hague) in a way that works for you 30 days of vacation, plus an extra day off after Ascension Day A competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and annual learning budget Access to 200+ digital training courses and professional growth opportunities A collaborative team culture where people and ideas are welcomed, not boxed in You Belong Here Research shows women often hold back from applying unless they meet every requirement.
