Dutch‑speaking Venture Builder / Founding Partner

who wants to co‑create and grow an accelerator model focused on supporting social entrepreneurs in the Netherlands and beyond. You will work directly with the founder to shape strategy, develop partnerships, and turn early‑stage ideas into a scalable initiative that can influence the impact ecosystem. 1. From Spotlight to Ecosystem

Transform Anonymous Ants Spotlight from a visibility platform into a structured support model for social entrepreneurs. Shape the value proposition for entrepreneurs, partners, and funders. 2. Ecosystem & Partnership Development

Build relationships with social entrepreneurs, hubs, investors, and impact partners. Build early partnerships with ecosystem actors, organizations, and institutions in the Netherlands. Explore sustainable models and long‑term growth pathways. Help open doors and create strategic collaborations. 3. Strategic Thinking + Execution

Move between high‑level vision and practical implementation. Make decisions together on priorities, experiments, and growth direction. Help translate ideas into action. Who We Are Looking For

You don’t need to tick every box—but you probably recognize yourself in several: Fluent in

Dutch and English . Entrepreneurial mindset—you naturally think in opportunities and systems. Experience in startups, accelerators, innovation, ecosystem building, or social impact initiatives. Strong relationship builder who enjoys connecting people and ideas. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from early‑stage concepts. Energized by purpose-driven work and long-term impact.
