About the Position We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner / Maintenance Coordinator who acts as a technical specialist within the maintenance and production environment. In this role, you support the development of solutions for recurring and complex technical issues and serve as a subject-matter expert for specific equipment or installations. You work closely with production and maintenance leadership to ensure efficient planning, prioritization, and execution of maintenance activities.

Responsibilities Convert maintenance notifications into clear work orders Align maintenance priorities with Production leadership Prepare and manage weekly maintenance schedules and backlog Facilitate daily/weekly maintenance planning meetings Coordinate emergency and corrective maintenance activities Ensure proper handover of equipment before and after maintenance Review and close work orders including cost authorization when needed

Requirements HBO working and thinking level (technical field preferred) Experience in maintenance planning or coordination in an industrial environment Strong technical understanding of equipment or installations Good communication and organizational skills Experience with maintenance systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus Professional English; Dutch is an advantage
