We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven leader to take ownership of our

Power Conditioning Systems (PCS)

business and play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of our energy storage solutions portfolio.

You will shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead the development and deployment of advanced PCS and BESS solutions across key markets. Working cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and commercial teams, you will transform innovation into scalable, profitable solutions that power a more sustainable future. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Strategic Leadership & Growth

Define and execute the commercial strategy and growth roadmap for the PCS division. Identify new market opportunities and position the business as a leader in converter/inverter and BESS solutions. Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term market expansion.

Technology & Solution Leadership

Lead the development and deployment of advanced PCS technologies, including converters/inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), hybrid solutions, and grid integration projects. Oversee technical and commercial feasibility assessments to ensure strong project execution and profitability. Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and performance.

Market & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, IPPs, developers, EPCs, regulators, and technology partners. Act as a senior technical-commercial authority, supporting complex bids and strategic customer negotiations. Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and differentiation.

Team & Financial Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical and commercial team. Manage divisional budgets, forecasting, and financial performance. Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience within Power Conditioning Systems, BESS, power electronics, or the wider energy sector. Proven commercial and business development success within converter/inverter manufacturing, BESS, or renewable energy markets. Strong technical understanding of power electronics, system modeling, grid integration, and performance optimisation. Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and market dynamics within energy storage. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams. Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and business case development. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous. Experience working for a converter/inverter manufacturer is highly desirable.
