Community Supervisor – The Social Hub (B Corp™) Join the future of hospitality as a Community Supervisor in The Hague, The Social Hub (B Corp™).

Your Mission As our Community Supervisor, you’ll ensure every guest has the best possible TSH experience, working closely with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and the team of community hosts to run and supervise all hotel operations.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to assist guests in all their needs, from welcoming and check‑in to service in the restaurant and bars.

Know our product offering and cross‑sell products to guests.

Handle guest or team member questions, complaints, and technical issues like a pro.

Maintain an overview of all activities and keep a cool head in sticky situations.

Share TSH‑wisdom with teammates and support them when they need assistance.

Act as the internal networker—connecting with the guest community and staying informed to cater to their needs.

Have fun and spread smiles and good vibes, ensuring employees and guests enjoy themselves and connect with each other.

Who You Are

Flexible, hands‑on, motivated, and positive.

Have at least 1 year of hotel experience or team‑leading experience.

Always have a helicopter view and know when to be where to best assist the team.

Love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro.

Have good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).

Hard‑working, responsible, and have a “let’s do this!” mentality.

Build, lead, and inspire motivated, happy teams naturally.

Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.
