Your role in the journey
As (Demi) Chef de Partie In Room Dining, you’ll
oversee the preparation and delivery of all In-Room Dining and Bar Food orders , ensuring consistency, quality and elegance in every dish. You’ll guide your team and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring smooth daily operations within your kitchen section.
Overseeing all room service and bar food preparation, ensuring dishes meet luxury hotel quality standards.
Creating, updating, and refining menus for room service and bar outlets, considering seasonality, guest preferences, and profitability.
Conducting regular tastings and quality checks.
Training colleagues on product knowledge, preparation and presentation.
Managing kitchen staffing to ensure efficient and timely service.
Following recipes while managing waste and breakage.
Maintaining clean and organized stations in line with hygiene and safety standards.
Working closely with the Room Service Manager and Bar Manager to ensure seamless coordination.
Addressing guest feedback and special requests professionally and promptly.
What you’ll bring
Creativity, a hands-on mentality and a drive to exceed expectations.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards.
A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Awareness of current food trends and the ability to apply them.
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
