Organizational Development Consultant

Role Description As a Change & Organization Development (OD) Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization by driving impactful change initiatives. Your work will focus on turning data into actionable insights, supporting organizational design, and ensuring smooth implementation of transformation projects. You will collaborate closely with HR teams, project managers, and OD experts to strengthen organizational effectiveness and prepare for future challenges. Responsibilities

Collect and analyze organizational data, prepare reports and dashboards, and translate insights into practical OD strategies.

Support and execute OD and change projects, including activities such as rightsizing, simplifying organizational layers, harmonizing job titles, and improving processes.

Coordinate structural changes and ensure updates are accurately reflected in HR systems and frameworks in collaboration with HR, Digital, and other teams.

Ensure compliance with global OD standards, principles, and policies, and follow up on required actions.

Advise stakeholders on OD topics and contribute to both small-scale restructuring and large transformation initiatives.

Guide HR and business leaders through change processes by engaging stakeholders and delivering structured change and communication plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

4–6 years of experience in OD, HR management, or consultancy, preferably within a global organization.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data handling, including Excel and reporting tools.

Solid understanding of organizational dynamics, business processes, and stakeholder management.

Excellent communication skills across different levels and cultures.

Ability to manage complexity with a global mindset and attention to detail.

Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to build trust.

Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
