HVAC & Process Engineer

Context: QTC Recruitment is searching for a HVAC & Process Engineer to be responsible for the operation, reliability, and compliance of cleanroom HVAC and process utility systems (e.g., clean nitrogen, purified water) within a ISO 13485 GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Act as SME for cleanroom HVAC and process utilities. Ensure systems meet regulatory, GMP, and internal standards. Monitor performance through trending and data analysis. Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Manage EMS/BMS systems and related documentation. Support audits and regulatory inspections. Manage contractors and supplier performance. Drive continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency. Support NCs & CAPAs related to utilities and HVAC systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field. 4–6 years of HVAC/utilities experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing. Strong knowledge of cleanroom HVAC systems and relevant standards. Experience with EMS, BMS, and CMMS systems. Understanding of GMP / ISO 13485. Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English
