Job Role – Program Manager – Modernization & Technical Advisory Duration – Permanent Job Description PS: Dutch speaking is mandatory for this role.

Role Overview We are looking for a

multi-faceted Program Manager

who will lead and coordinate multiple modernization initiatives at customer end, including

archive implementation, Java upgrades, .NET Core 8/10 migration, Drupal enhancements, and other strategic projects . This individual will act as a

trusted technical advisor to Customer's CTO , serve as an

ambassador for HCL , and drive both

delivery excellence

and

business growth .

The Program Manager will combine

program leadership ,

technical advisory , and

relationship management

to ensure successful execution of projects while positioning HCL as a strategic partner for Customer’s long-term technology roadmap.

People who have worked in similar service based companies like HCLTech atleast for some time like 4-5 yrs in management roles. They generally match the kind of profile we look for due to similar nature of work.

We need someone who have participated in pre-sales activities for business growth. Understand different models like Time & material, fixed price, managed services etc

Should be in experience range of 18- 28 yrs max.

People who have worked as hands on developer for atleast 4-5 yrs would be preferred.

Should have handled team size of more than 75+ ppl.

Good in agile concepts.

Good to have exp in Insurance or financial services.

Knowing Dutch is must have.

Possess AI knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of modernization projects (Archive, Java, .NET Core, Drupal, etc.).

Ensure alignment with customer's technology roadmap and compliance standards.

Manage risks, budgets, and timelines across all initiatives.

Technical Advisory:

Act as the CTO’s go-to person for technical strategy and modernization best practices.

Provide guidance on architecture, performance optimization, and integration strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with customer leadership and domain teams.

Serve as the primary liaison between customer and HCL, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.

Business Growth & Account Expansion:

Identify new opportunities for HCL within customer's ecosystem.

Represent HCL in strategic discussions and position the company as a long-term partner.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, testers, functional admins) across onsite, nearshore, and offshore locations.

Ensure smooth transition of project teams into operational support post go-live.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master's degree in IT, Business, related field.

Strong technical background in

Java, .NET Core, Drupal, and enterprise content management .

Proven experience in

modernization projects and cloud migration strategies .

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor.

Experience in business development and account growth.

Fluent in

Dutch and English

(mandatory).
