Employee Health & Safety Coordinator

Windom Area Health is looking for a proactive and passionate Employee Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team! This part-time role (typically 24–32 hours per week) plays a key part in ensuring a safe, healthy workplace for all staff.

Pay range:

$31.39 – $47.09/hr

Responsibilities

Lead on essential programs, including OSHA compliance & reporting

Workers’ Compensation

Employee illnesses and exposure management

Annual employee and new hire screenings

Environmental safety rounding

Lead safety training and meetings

Qualifications We’re seeking a licensed RN with a strong interest in employee health or safety—experience in these areas is a plus!

Compensation $31.39 – $47.09 per hour
