We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to join our Desigual team in Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet in part-time (20-30h). The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience and helping them find products that suit their needs and personal style. Your tasks: Customer service: You inspire our customers with excellent service, have an open ear for their wishes and always find the right solution. You actively support sales, present our products with passion and contribute to achieving the goals of the store and team. Visual merchandising: You make sure that our store always looks inviting. With an eye for detail, you design the sales floor according to our brand guidelines and present our products in such a way that they attract attention. Cash register activity & payment processing: You will work securely and reliably at the checkout, process payments and deal professionally with returns or exchanges - while always maintaining calm and friendliness in dealing with our customers. Problem solving: You keep a cool head even in challenging moments, respond to complaints respectfully and empathetically and quickly find suitable solutions.
