Over Asus Holland B.V. Asus Holland B.V. in Emmen is het service hoofdkantoor voor Europa, Midden-Oosten en Afrika (EMEA). Vanuit deze locatie beheren wij de kwaliteit en voortgang van onze service partners en onze callcenterpartners. Verder beheren wij een groot magazijn, versturen wij computeronderdelen naar al onze service partners, repareren en testen wij Asus producten en hebben we een callcenter voor consumenten in de Benelux. Met ruim 150 medewerkers, het hoofdkantoor in Taiwan en meer dan 25 nationaliteiten werkzaam in Emmen bieden wij een zeer dynamische en internationale werkomgeving.

Wat is de positie? Als

Service Account Manager

binnen de afdeling RCRM ben je hét centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze in-house serviceteams en onze externe Contact Center partners in de hele EMEA-regio. Je waarborgt dat zij consistent en kwalitatief hoogstaande klantenservice leveren, in lijn met de ASUS-standaarden.

Je stuurt deze partners proactief aan op prestaties (KPI’s), kwaliteit en kosten. Je volgt resultaten nauwkeurig, analyseert data en zoekt naar en identificeert verbetermogelijkheden in processen. Waar nodig stem je af met interne afdelingen voor de beste oplossingen en zie je toe op de strikte naleving van Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Hiernaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse facturatie van de contact centers.

Voor deze rol beschik je over oog voor detail, sterke analytische vaardigheden en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met diverse internationale partners. Je draagt direct bij aan een hoge servicekwaliteit en klanttevredenheid voor ASUS in EMEA, door ervoor te zorgen dat onze partners de waarden en kwaliteitsnormen van ASUS naleven. Je komt terecht in een dynamische, uitdagende, internationale omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is.

Wie ben jij? Je bent analytisch en kan goed beslissingen nemen. Je kan goed plannen, organiseren en prioriteren, ook onder druk. Je bent onafhankelijk en zelfverzekerd. Je bent precies en kundig in je werk. Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.

Wat bieden wij? From this location we manage the quality and progress of our service partners and callcenter partners. Furthermorewe manage a big warehouse, ship computer parts to all our service partners, we repair and test Asus products and we have the callcenter for customers in the Benelux. What is the position? As a Service Account Manager within the RCRM department, you are the central point of contact for our in-house service teams and our external Contact Center partners across the entire EMEA region. You ensure they consistently deliver high-quality customer service, in line with ASUS standards.

You proactively manage these partners regarding performance (KPIs), quality, and costs. You accurately monitor results, analyze data, and seek out and identify opportunities for process improvements. Where necessary, you coordinate with internal departments for the best solutions and ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you are responsible for the monthly invoicing of the contact centers.

For this role, you possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse international partners. You directly contribute to high service quality and customer satisfaction for ASUS in EMEA, by ensuring our partners uphold ASUS's values and quality standards. You will join a dynamic, challenging, international environment where no two days are the same.
