This role will be responsible for the BU project portfolio tracking, prioritization (with leadership alignment), meeting cadence and facilitation, risk/issue/bottleneck assessment and escalation, stakeholder coordination across teams, decision logging, and executive reporting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure visibility of timelines, deliverables, owners, risks, decisions, and status across all projects
Create a structured program view across strategic pillars (e.g., growth, compliance, transformation, partner performance, digital acceleration)
Establish and run weekly/bi-weekly cadence structure (project reviews, steering updates, action tracking)
Build clear meeting objectives with agendas, outcomes, actions, deadlines and owners
Own governance mechanics: stage gates, approvals, escalation routes, and decision logs
Project Management for Critical Initiatives
Lead or support cross-functional key initiatives that require strong coordination and time discipline (examples below):MF partner performance improvement programs
Development acceleration initiatives
Compliance scorecard rollout and corrective action plans
Kiosk / digital launches across MF markets
New market onboarding programs post-signing
QBR cycles and standardized action plan tracking
Ensure projects have a clear scope, plan, roles, milestones, and definition of success
Coordinate between BU leadership, functional teams (Legal, Finance, Digital, Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain), and MF partners
Drive accountability without micro-management of details
Identify bottlenecks early and unblock delivery through alignment, escalation, and structured follow-up
Reporting, Insights & Executive Communications
Produce to-the-point, decision-ready updates for leadership, both for the full project portfolio and for project-by-project basis: dashboards, milestone trackers, RAID logs (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies)
Ensure reporting is consistent, factual, and action-oriented
Provide early warnings and recommended actions when delivery is at risk
Build & Improve BU Project Management Processes
Standardize project templates and operating tools (charters, plans, status reports, decision logs, action trackers)
Introducing consistent ways of working across the MF BU for planning and execution
Improve “speed to decision” by tightening governance, reducing noise, and clarifying ownership
Support BU-wide planning cycles and drive prioritization trade-offs when capacity is constrained
Additional responsibilities:
KPI's
% of BU projects delivered on time / on scope
Reduction in overdue actions and repeated escalations
Faster decision-making and fewer “stuck projects”
Stakeholder satisfaction: teams feel more enabled
Improved execution quality of priority initiatives (e.g., digital rollouts, compliance actions, onboarding)
Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics, operations, or similar related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
5–10+ years’ experience in PMO, project/program management, operations management, consulting, or transformation roles

Detail oriented without losing the big picture
Excellent structure and planning skills: can build clarity fast in complex situations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
High competence with project tools (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc)
