We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI company in Utrecht that’s hiring a
German speaking
BDR for the DACH market . Their solution helps organisations manage and automate complex tenders processes, offering their clients a massive ROI with a dramatic reduction in manual work. They’re scaling rapidly following recent funding with a 10x growth ambition over the next 3 to 5 years.
This is a consultative outbound role focused on tender-heavy sectors such as Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, and Public Transport.

The role:
Proactively target and engage DACH prospects through outbound outreach
Build pipeline in industries where tender processes are core
Qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings for the sales team
Work closely with AEs, Marketing, and Customer Success
What we’re looking for:
Intelligent, gritty, and authentic personality
Highly coachable and eager to improve
Comfortable with outbound sales and proactive prospecting
Nice to have:
6 to 12 months of sales experience, though not essential
Background in competitive sports or other performance-driven environments
Package:
€40K to €45K base + €10K to €15K variable
Flexibility for strong profiles
Hybrid model, 2 to 3 days per week in Utrecht
