About the Role
The Cirqle is building the performance engine for the creator economy. We work with leading global brands to scale creator-led performance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook — not as “influencer campaigns,” but as a predictable, full-funnel acquisition channel.
We’re looking for a Customer Success & Creator Campaign Manager who wants to be at the center of that shift. You’ll help brands adopt The Cirqle’s platform, run high-performing creator campaigns, and turn creator content into revenue-driving advertisements. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, creator operations, and performance marketing.
You’ll translate growth objectives into creator execution, select and onboard the right creators, brief performance-first content formats, and optimize campaigns over time to drive measurable results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Campaign Support
• Partner with the Customer Success Lead to manage client accounts and align campaign execution with growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand client usage through renewals, upsells, and deeper platform adoption.
• Educate clients on The Cirqle’s capabilities, demo new features, and collect feedback for Product and Tech.
• Own campaign setup, timelines, and deliverables between clients and creators.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear updates, creative feedback, and performance guidance.
• Produce post-campaign insights reports showing creator contribution, content learnings, and next-step optimizations.
Creator Management & Operations
• Source, match, and onboard creators who fit each brand’s audience, tone, and performance goals.
• Ensure creators understand briefs, deliver content on schedule, and meet quality and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot, streamline workflows, and introduce automation where valuable.
• Build a bench of high-performing creators for repeat use and future campaign cycles.
Optimization & Insights
• Analyze campaign data to diagnose performance patterns and make actionable, revenue-focused recommendations.
• Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and The Cirqle platform to evaluate creator and content effectiveness.
• Advise clients on improving creative concepts, creator mix, and content formats to increase ROI.
• Contribute to internal playbooks on briefing, creative guidance, creator vetting, and content strategy.
Requirements
• 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Success with SaaS, Campaign Management, or Influencer Marketing.
• Familiarity with paid social, especially Meta and TikTok.
• Strong grasp of performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, retention, and revenue attribution.
• Excellent relationship-building with brand managers, creators, or both.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, multi-tool environment.
• Ability to convert data into insights and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage several campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with creator marketplaces, influencer platforms, or affiliate systems.
• Passion for the creator economy and understanding of what makes brand–creator partnerships work.
• Exposure to Shopify, TikTok Shop, or relevant e-commerce ecosystems.

Reporting Line
