Solution Support Engineer

€65-€75 per hour

iO Associates is working with a major international organisation to identify an experienced

Solution Support Engineer

who can contribute across

architecture, system development, application operations, and deployment activities . This role is geared towards someone who enjoys solving

complex technical challenges

and

supporting the delivery

of

secure, scalable solutions in a structured environment.

Responsibilities Contribute to solution design

and help shape technical approaches. Assess different architecture options

and document key decisions. Prepare specifications for cloud

or

on‑premise

components. Support technical planning

for projects and change initiatives. Help gather and document business

and

technical requirements. Assist with updates

to requirement baselines and approved changes. Contribute to planning and coordinating

system development tasks. Ensure work aligns

with

organisational standards and security needs. Track progress and communicate

updates to stakeholders. Help create technical roadmaps. Define technical needs

for small networks or parts of larger infrastructures. Troubleshoot and resolve

application issues using approved processes. Use monitoring tools to gather performance data

and

identify issues. Carry out routine application maintenance. Support release and deployment activities

and keep accurate records.

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree + 2 years' experience , or

6 years relevant experience without a degree. Strong troubleshooting skills

across

software, hardware, and integrations. Experience

analysing logs, debugging, and identifying root causes. Hands‑on experience with

AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Basic understanding of

APIs and integration methods. Experience working in

support environments and collaborating with technical teams. Background in

customer‑focused technical support

(e.g., helpdesk, service desk).
