Job Description:

The Junior IT Support Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing our IT environment at Chroma ATE B.V. Our specialist will ensure smooth and secure IT operations, will provide assistance to our colleagues with IT-related issues, and support information security standards in collaboration with our (HQ) in Taiwan. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to handle various IT-related tasks efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Job responsibilities: Applying and managing the email account and software package. Purchasing and administrating IT equipment. Setting up IT equipment for colleagues. Addressing IT issues from staff. Collaborating with HQ on IT tasks. Ensuring the security of the IT environment in coordination with HQ. Optimizing the IT environment at BV. Taking care of process and maintenance for ISO 27001 and TISAX with HQ.

Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant education or technical background in IT. Ability to work 38 hours per week in the office, as remote work is not feasible. Knowledge of the English language is a must Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
