You will become part of the Business Excellence team, based in Helmond, the Netherlands, and work closely with Finance, IT, Business Process Owners and management.

Your role in our mission As a Business Excellence Specialist – Finance, you play a key role in strengthening the foundations of Nedschroef by increasing transparency, reliability and consistency in processes and data. You contribute directly to a more structured and scalable organization, where ways of working are clearly defined, understood and consistently applied across departments and locations.

In this role, you focus on analyzing, documenting and optimizing finance-related business processes. You lead the understanding of current processes, identify inefficiencies and misalignments, and translate these insights into clear, standardized process designs. By reducing complex process flows and data structures to their essence, you enable teams to work more efficiently, limit unnecessary complexity and support better, more informed decision‑making.

Working closely with the Business Excellence team, IT and Business Process Owners, you help build a standardized, Nedschroef‑wide process framework supported by the right applications and systems. You also contribute to the development of Business Intelligence by translating business needs into meaningful insights and clear reporting, and you play an important role in strengthening Master Data Management within Finance, ensuring data is consistent, reliable and fit for purpose across the organization.

You gather insights through interviews and workshops with stakeholders across the organization. By connecting perspectives from different functions and translating them into data‑driven recommendations, reports and practical solutions, you help improve efficiency, effectiveness and overall business performance. Through your analytical strength, pragmatic mindset and collaborative approach, you support Nedschroef in the transition from fragmented ways of working to a more centralized and data‑driven organization.

You recognize yourself in the following profile You are a structured and analytical professional who enjoys bringing clarity to complex environments. You are comfortable working across departments, know how to engage stakeholders and are able to translate information into relevant insights for different audiences. You combine process thinking, data affinity and strong communication skills, and you are motivated to actively contribute to process optimisation.

In addition, you match the following criteria:

Bachelor in Finance, Business, Data, IT or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Ability to map out, analyse and document business processes and data, with a strong focus on Finance processes and their translation into ERP‑supported workflows

Experience in working with or around ERP systems

Strong proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint for analysing and visualising data

Writing skills for clear process documentation, reports and presentations (preferably with BPMN 2.0)

Ability to conduct structured interviews and facilitate workshops

Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to learn new systems, processes and methodologies

Comfortable navigating a complex organization and identifying the right stakeholders
