Territory Sales Manager (Dutch & English speaking) – Benelux & Italy
Specialist components in the safety and risk management industry.
Salary: up to €55000 basic per year plus commission
Location: Remote NL - Work from Home (Netherlands based with regular travel)

A long-standing manufacturer and distributor of specialist components in the safety and risk management industry.
Main duties:
To take responsibility for driving sales growth across the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy; to strengthen existing customer and distributor partnerships and identify new business opportunities
The Role:
- To work closely with the senior sales director and act as the main point of contact for key accounts within the territory
- To develop and implement clear sales strategies to meet agreed targets
- To manage and expand relationships with key customers, distributors and prospects
- To manage pricing in line with company guidelines
- To respond efficiently to pricing enquiries and manage quotations
- To conduct market research and report on business opportunities, market trends and competitor activities
- To maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets and CRM records
- To follow up on distribution of products and advise clients accordingly
- To participate in regional trade shows and exhibitions where required
The Candidate:
- Fluent in Dutch and English - Essential
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) - Highly desirable (not essential)
- Strong background in sales or business development, ideally within a technical manufacturing environment – Essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- IT literate and familiar with CRM tools
Salary: up to approx. €55,000 per annum basic plus commission

Voor een internationale fabrikant van specialistische componenten binnen de
veiligheids- en risicobeheerindustrie
zoeken wij een gedreven Territory Sales Manager. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van omzet en klantrelaties in
Nederland, België en Italië .
Je werkt zelfstandig vanuit Nederland (remote), met regelmatige klantbezoeken, en onderhoudt nauwe contacten met distributeurs en key accounts. Je ontwikkelt salesstrategieën, beheert offertes en prijzen en signaleert nieuwe markt- en groeikansen.

Vloeiend Nederlands & Engels
Ervaring in (technische) B2B sales
Proactief, zelfstandig en reislustig
