About the Role One of our trusted international partners is looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join their global procurement team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering cost‑effective, compliant, and value‑driven sourcing solutions. As a Procurement Specialist, you will manage sourcing projects up to €1M, negotiate SaaS agreements, and contribute to the development and execution of category strategies across technology procurement. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sourcing projects within the Technology category, including SaaS agreements.

Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Support the development and execution of category strategies.

Analyze market trends and deliver cost‑optimization initiatives.

Ensure procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and value‑driven.

Manage procurement documentation and reporting.

Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier performance.

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of contract law and procurement compliance.

Proven experience negotiating SaaS agreements.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

3‑5 years of sourcing experience in the Technology category.
