Exciting opportunity at WWT NL for a Warehouse Operator role! Responsibilities include receiving, moving, picking, and shipping products, operating PITs, ensuring proper tracking, and maintaining warehouse safety. Ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, proficient in handheld scanning, PIT operation, follows processes, and is a strong team player.

Responsibilities Assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow. Identify areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed within own work area. Apply new ideas or approaches to own work to enhance outputs. Use established tools and techniques to track progress related to implementing process improvements. Learn and support the processes of receiving, shipping and warehousing materials Collect information to understand problems and identify their origin. Research events and known solutions for basic or routine problems. Implement prescribed steps and ensures effective resolution, escalating troubleshooting if needed. Demonstrate attention during discussions by taking notes and asking clarifying questions. Demonstrate awareness of non-verbal behavior/cues (i.e., body language) when listening and communicating. Restate and reflect back information to check for understanding. Work with supervisors to set goals and priorities for individual work and manages time efficiently to accomplish goals.

Experience Required 2-5 years of warehousing experience preferred Ability to lift 25 kg Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills
