Together we impact lives globally by building healthcare 2.0. We are looking for a driven tech sales representative to help shape the future of healthcare. Key Responsibilities

Technical discovery & requirements gathering with account directors and prospective customers. Solution design workshops and guiding customers on best practices and technical feasibility. Product demonstrations that showcase value to technical and business stakeholders. Support for RFIs/RFPs, ensuring accurate technical responses aligned with customer needs. Effort and cost scoping/estimation for implementation of required solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices; position yourself as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to influence roadmaps and ensure satisfaction. Partner with marketing to ensure relevant sales and demo materials. Mentor sales team members on technical aspects and create standardized enablement material (e.g., playbook). What You Bring

2+ years of experience in tech sales, solution architecture, sales engineering, or a related technical role within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of supporting complex enterprise sales cycles. Strong analytical mindset and ability to diagnose challenges and articulate value propositions. Business acumen – translating technical features into business benefits and ROI. Domain expertise in healthcare; knowledge of industry-specific trends. Preference for Netherlands, but Sweden and Denmark are a plus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Team and/or project management experience. Fluent in Dutch and English; Swedish and Danish are a plus. Strong understanding of Platform24 products, configuration, and integration options.
