Full Stack Developer

Full-Stack Engineer (Python / React)

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help build the application layer behind an AI-powered platform used by thousands of professionals across the Netherlands. This is not a generic CRUD role. You’ll work at the intersection of product, AI, and scalable backend systems, building the digital backbone around LLM-driven workflows and multi-agent setups.

What you’ll work on Building and scaling backend services in Python Developing responsive frontends in React Designing and maintaining clean API contracts Optimising system latency and performance Extending and maintaining a design system (Tailwind / Bootstrap) Managing and improving AWS environments together with DevOps Implementing authentication flows (WSO2) Supporting GenAI / multi-agent architectures (MCP, UTCP)

You’ll collaborate closely with LLM engineers, data scientists and DevOps in a focused AI product team.

What we’re looking for 3+ years in a full-stack or similar engineering role Strong backend fundamentals (Python) Solid React experience Experience improving performance and system latency Comfortable working in cloud environments (AWS preferred) Fluent in English
