Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for offshore wind and complex logistical coordination?
As an Advanced Operations Coordinator (AOC), you play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of offshore retrofit and blade repair campaigns at two major offshore wind farms near IJmuiden. From coordinating technicians and vessels to managing work orders and logistics, you are the operational backbone connecting offshore execution with onshore control.
About the Company
Our client operates within the offshore wind sector and is responsible for service, retrofit, and blade repair campaigns across multiple offshore wind assets. The offshore activities are supported by a Service Operation Vessel (SOV) and several Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), while coordination and operational control are managed from a dedicated onshore facility in IJmuiden.
You will be part of a fast-paced offshore operations team where safety, precision in planning, and strong system control are critical to successful project delivery. The environment is dynamic, operationally driven, and highly collaborative.
What Will You Do?
Coordinate daily offshore operations for retrofit and blade repair campaigns
Dispatch, manage, and close work orders in SAP
Monitor job progress and track material usage and consumption
Manage technician manifests and crew change planning
Coordinate offshore staffing and personnel logistic
Support communication between offshore teams, vessels, and onshore stakeholders
Provide operational and administrative support to the project team
Assist with procurement-related activities when required
Ensure continuous and safe operational coverage from the onshore control location
Maintain accurate system data and structured reportin
You will act as the key coordination point, ensuring that offshore teams have the right people, materials, and planning in place to execute safely and efficiently.
What Do You Bring?
Fluent English (working language)
Strong working knowledge of SAP
Experience in offshore wind operations, maritime operations, or technical field coordination
Experience with technician scheduling and crew logistics planning
Strong administrative skills and high system accuracy
Ability to work in a structured manner in a high-pressure operational environment
Full-time availability on-site in IJmuiden (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week)
Availability to start in March (preferred)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-focused working style
