Sr. Lead Maintenance Technician (Eagle)

Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on facility and molding equipment based on work orders submitted by molding personnel. Complete all assigned maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently. Follow directions from management regarding priorities and operational needs to support smooth and effective production. Provide technical support for injection molding staff by answering questions or obtaining needed information. Identify required spare parts and coordinate ordering to ensure timely equipment repairs and upkeep. Collaborate with outside contractors when necessary to ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed properly. Maintain and repair assembly automation systems and related fixtures. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues related to injection molding equipment.

Required Qualifications/Experience: Knowledge in Industrial Mechanics, Electricity/Electronics, Hydraulics Understanding of basic Injection Molding Press operation Knowledge of basic molding auxiliary equipment Understanding of how to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
