(Dealer Support & Customer Service – E-Bike Industry) Location: Vista, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Range: $25 per hour, plus commission Benefits: Healthcare benefits and 401(k)

About Troxus Mobility Troxus Mobility is a growing e-bike brand dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional support to both riders and our dealer network. Our success depends on strong relationships, responsive service, and knowledgeable sales support. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative who can confidently support our dealers while delivering professional, timely customer service.

Position Overview This role combines inside sales, dealer account support, and customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will primarily focus on supporting Troxus dealers through proactive outreach and inbound communication while also ensuring a high standard of service across all interactions.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong product knowledge in the cycling or e-bike industry, and experience working within Zendesk or other CRM/help desk platforms. They must be highly organized, comfortable multitasking, and confident handling phone, email, and chat communications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Dealer Sales & Account Support • Serve as a primary point of contact for Troxus dealers • Handle inbound dealer calls and emails related to orders, inventory, pricing, warranties, and promotions • Conduct outbound calls and emails to follow up on opportunities, support open orders, and strengthen dealer relationships • Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products, programs, and seasonal initiatives • Assist dealers with order placement and ensure accuracy prior to fulfillment Customer Service Execution • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner • Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, and warranty-related issues • Provide accurate product information regarding e-bikes, components, and accessories • Follow established workflows, documentation standards, and escalation procedures CRM & Operational Excellence • Log and manage all interactions within Zendesk or other CRM platforms • Maintain organized records and ensure follow-ups are completed • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, service, marketing) to ensure dealer and customer needs are resolved efficiently • Contribute to process improvements that enhance dealer and customer experience

Qualifications • Previous inside sales experience (required) • Experience in the cycling or e-bike industry strongly (preferred) • Familiarity with Zendesk Help Desk or similar CRM platforms • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Confident phone presence and relationship-building ability • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously • Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
