Job Summary: Provides engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function. Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies. Supports NPI and new equipment/process introductions. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience.

Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day production support Assist with document changes and updates Support technical work, including: Tooling and equipment drawings Managing and understanding process flow Support documentation and validation activities Collaborate with the existing engineering team to maintain and improve manufacturing processes

Required Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in: Engineering or Medical device manufacturing environment Ability to quickly learn and contribute to documentation and validation processes Bachelor’s degree required
