The Clinic Manager is responsible for the oversight and delivery of all nursing services provided to participants in the PACE Organization (PO). Services may be delivered in the community, day center, or primary care clinic. This role ensures high-quality care through effective clinic operations and coordination with the primary care team.

Embody and promote the Mission, Vision, Values, and Guiding Behaviors of Trinity Health and TH PACE. Foster a collaborative culture across all divisions within TH PACE. Serve as a strategic leader, aligning resources to achieve organizational goals and embracing change. Manage department budget, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and execution. Attend required training and educational sessions. Oversee clinic operations as the central hub of the PACE model, ensuring participant needs are met. Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings, assessments, and care planning.

Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the state. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, with emphasis in geriatrics. At least 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations (or must receive training upon hire). For North Carolina: Must have a signed Employee Medical Statement within the past 12 months. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic mail and calendaring systems. High level of personal accountability and independent decision-making ability.
