Senior Sales Consultant
Tucson, Arizona | Southern Arizona Territory
We are partnered with a well-established, design-driven residential construction company in Southern Arizona to hire a
Senior Sales Consultant .
This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who excel in consultative selling, enjoy owning the full sales cycle, and want to earn at a high level selling meaningful, high-value projects.
You do
not
need pool or construction experience to be successful here.
You
do
need strong sales instincts, professionalism, and the ability to close.
The Role
You will work directly with homeowners to guide them through the purchase of custom, premium residential projects. This is a relationship-driven sales role where trust, confidence, and communication matter more than technical background.
You will be supported with training, tools, and structure, but expected to operate with autonomy and accountability.
Projects routinely exceed six figures.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the full sales process from initial conversation to signed contract
Conducting discovery conversations to understand client goals, priorities, and constraints
Presenting tailored solutions and guiding clients through options and tradeoffs
Building and managing your own pipeline through referrals and relationship-based activity
Closing business based on value, not discounts or pressure
This is not a high-volume, transactional sales environment.
Who This Role Is For
This role is a strong fit for sales professionals who have succeeded in environments where trust, credibility, and long-term value matter.
You may come from backgrounds such as:
High-ticket B2C sales
Real estate or residential services
Home improvement, remodeling, or design-related sales
Any consultative sales role selling complex solutions rather than commodities
You likely bring:
5+ years of professional sales experience
A track record of closing significant deals
Comfort leading client conversations and asking for commitment
The ability to manage your time, pipeline, and outcomes independently
A professional presence with discerning clients
Industry or pool experience is
not required . Product and process training will be provided.

On-target earnings of $200,000+
No cap on earnings for top performers
