Head of Sales – Generator Rental My client is a successful and growing Power Solutions business, supplying Generator Rental, Service and Capital Project based solutions. They are looking to recruit a Sales leader to oversee their Rental sales team. Role: Head of Sales - Hire - Generator RentalLocation: Home Based - Midlands & Northern UK wide CoverageSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 Basic plus quarterly bonus, car or car allowance & pension Responsibilities Hands on sales leader tasked with ‘player manage’; develop new business, manage existing relationships and manage a small team. The role reports to the CEO. Qualifications Preferred: at least 5 years of relevant Generator rental experience. Ideal: people management experience, or a proven sales person with the skillsets to be a manager. Dynamic and ambitious, strong appetite to progress in career. Based in either the North or Midlands and able to cover the region.
