Ideal Candidate Profile You are someone who: Has an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in building—not just maintaining—clinical models Is a self-starter and go-getter, energized by ownership and accountability Is comfortable practicing at the leading edge of medicine, grounded in science but not constrained by outdated norms Is not risk-averse, and understands how to responsibly innovate within regulatory frameworks Believes healthcare should be relational, personalized, and outcomes-driven Is aligned with Vyta’s belief that women’s midlife care should be transformational, not transactional

What Makes This Role Unique Founding leadership role in a multi-million-dollar flagship clinic Real influence over clinical philosophy, protocols, and growth Time and space to practice medicine the way it should be practiced A highly engaged patient population seeking depth, guidance, and long-term partnership Opportunity to help define a new gold standard for women’s midlife care

Why Vyta Vyta offers a rare founding leadership opportunity to help shape the future of women’s midlife care through a differentiated, evidence-based, and deeply human concierge model.
