Employment Type – Permanent | Full TimeWorkplace Type – Hybrid / FlexibleRole SummaryWe are working with a leading regional firm of Chartered Accountants who are looking to appoint a Private Client Tax specialist at either Senior Manager or Director level to support the continued growth of their private client advisory offering.This role offers a clear and well-defined route to Salaried Partner, with a proven track record of Senior Managers and Directors progressing to Partner in recent years. A transparent progression roadmap will be set out from the outset for the right individual.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the delivery of high-level private client tax planning and advisory servicesActing as a trusted adviser to HNWIs, property owners/landlords, non-residents, and trusts & estatesAdvising on complex matters including Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains TaxOverseeing the private client tax compliance function while maintaining an advisory-led focusManaging and mentoring a team of approximately 10–15 tax professionalsSupporting the development of the firm’s private client offering and identifying advisory opportunitiesBuilding long-term client relationships and contributing to the firm’s reputation in the market25 days’ annual leave + Bank holidays + Birthday holidayFocus on interesting and complex advisory work, rather than being blocked by compliance-heavy workloadsHybrid and flexible workingPrivate medical benefitsFree parkingFully supported STEP qualification package (if desired)Relaxed, sociable culture with regular team social eventsClear route to Salaried Partner, with progression beyond available if desiredThe firm offers a friendly, relaxed and sociable culture, combining high-level advisory work with a genuinely supportive environment.
