Technical Bid Coordinator

An exciting opportunity exists for a Technical Bid Coordinator to join a dynamic multidisciplinary engineering environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating the complete bid and tendering process, from initial opportunity tracking through to final submission, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication, coordination, and writing skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple deadlines. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering , Project Management , or a related discipline (preferred) . 35 years experience in bid or tender coordination within the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors. Proven experience managing both technical and commercial proposals. Strong project management, writing, and organizational skills. Familiarity with FIDIC , NEC , PPP , or similar tendering frameworks. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Adobe InDesign , SharePoint , and other bid management tools. Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
