General Foreman BUILDING

Our client, a leading Construction & Development company, is seeking an experienced General Foreman to take full site responsibility on a high-profile building project valued at R240 million. 📍 Location: Cape Peninsula, Western Cape 💰 Salary: R55 000 per month (negotiable based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all site operations, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, artisans, and labour teams. Maintain high standards of quality control, safety, and site discipline. Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Manage daily site reports, progress tracking, and material requisitions. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years experience as a Foreman on large-scale building projects. Proven experience with structural concrete and finishes on high-value developments. Strong leadership, planning, and people management skills. Must be Cape Town-based or willing to travel daily within the Peninsula area. Valid drivers licence and reliable transport.
