Food and Beverage Manager

Qwantani Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the entire F&B operations at our stunning resort. This includes the management of the kitchen, restaurant, front-of-house, bar, and on-site shop. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, efficient operations, and high standards of quality throughout all F&B areas. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Manage, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent service. Ensure kitchen operations are in line with safety and hygiene standards. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Control costs, monitor budgets, and maintain profitability. Develop and implement F&B menus that align with guest preferences and seasonal trends. Provide leadership to the front-of-house team to ensure outstanding guest experiences. Monitor bar operations, ensuring consistency and high standards of beverage service. Manage the on-site shop, ensuring stock levels are maintained and a variety of goods are available for guests. · Monitor guest feedback on social media and Online review platforms such as, Facebook, Trip Advisor, Google, and Hotel surveys. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in food and beverage management. A cheffing background will be advantageous and the ability to prepare meals Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. System knowledge of Micros (point-of-sale system) is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
