Job Title: Remote Sales & Customer Support Agent Location: Remote (South Africa-based, working UK hours) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (UK Time) Salary: ZAR 12,000 ZAR 18,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) Employment Type: Full-Time (No secondary employment permitted) About Us We are a fast-growing UK-based company providing high-demand services to customers across the UK. Role Overview This is a dual-role position combining inbound sales with customer support . Youll be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, helping them understand our offerings, resolving queries, and converting leads into loyal clients. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and enthusiasm. Convert warm leads into sales through consultative selling techniques. Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Excellent command of English verbal and written No secondary employment this is a full-time commitment. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment. Must be available to work UK business hours (9:00 AM 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday). Must have a minimum of two years, sales experience and CallCenter experience Preferably within the context of a western country, UK, USA, Canada, et cetera Excellent, verbal and little English skills with good communication skills and sales experience Must not have a second job as this interferes with performance
