An established construction company is seeking a Foreman in Pretoria, Gauteng. The successful candidate must be hands-on, proactive, and able to manage all aspects of on-site construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. Manage and motivate site teams to achieve project goals. Monitor progress, report issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations on site. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors. Key Requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
