Farm Manager (India)

Our client, a leading international company in the agricultural industry, is seeking a driven and ambitious professional to join their blueberry operations in India. Responsibilities: Oversee the installation of farm infrastructure, coordinating with suppliers and vendors on pots, substrate, irrigation systems, tunnels, roads, drainage systems, and other key facilities; Support the development of annual operational budgets by contributing to key assumptions, ensuring cost control and on-time execution; Lead and execute crop management plans, including fertilization, irrigation, integrated pest management, and labor planning to meet defined KPIs; Drive yield forecasting and manage harvest operations in close collaboration with packing and commercial teams; Support critical functions in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Research and Development. Minimum Requirements: A degree in Agriculture or a related field; 35 years experience in a similar role within the agricultural sector; Previous experience in blueberry production will be a strong advantage; Strong leadership skills with a passion for the industry and a drive to deliver results; Fluency in English (both written and spoken); An ambitious, hands-on professional eager to grow with a global leader.
