Project Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to completion. Support senior project managers with documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues as needed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Prepare project status reports, meeting notes, and other project-related documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project management best practices. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency. Key Requirements: Relevant qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 13 years experience in a project coordination or junior project management role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability and initiative. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
