HR–Recruitment Generalist

InovaArch is seeking a hands-on HRRecruitment Generalist to support a growing South African operation. This full-time, office-based role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment balancing HR operations, compliance, and recruitment delivery. Youll play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience, from recruitment and on-boarding to engagement, performance, and culture. Key Focus Areas: Recruitment & On-boarding Manage end-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, interviews, and offers. Liaise with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage candidate pipelines. Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts. Coordinate on-boarding and induction schedules for new hires. HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Prepare HR correspondence, confirmation letters, and payroll input reports. Monitor probation periods, leave records, and contract renewals. Support compliance with BCEA, LRA, and POPIA requirements. Maintain HR systems and reporting (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, etc.). Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as the business scales. Employee Relations & Support Provide first-line HR guidance to employees and managers. Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes. Assist with engagement, well-being, and recognition initiatives aligned with company values. Help foster a professional, values-driven culture where people thrive. You bring: 35 years experience in an HR or HRRecruitment role. Strong understanding of South African labour legislation. Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail. A proactive, people-first approach and a passion for continuous improvement. Preferred experience: Experience within a BPO, contact center, or fast-paced service environment.
