Ensure Safety standards are adhered to on site Clear and declare area safe before next task Control time and attendance sign off reports daily Maintain discipline on site Monitor production and report site performance on an hourly basis. Report all breakdowns immediately Handle all working conditions amongst your sub-ordinates. Minimum grade 12 Qualified Artisan Minimum of 5 years opencast relevant experience Good communication and people skills Computer literate with Word and Excel
