Retail Sales Agent - Matriculants

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Agents to join our in-store team. Roles and Responsibiliites Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services Drive sales and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked Handle customer questions, returns, and complaints with professionalism Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals What we offer : Employee discounts on products .
