USA Global Marketing offers weekly salaries, bonuses and commission structures. Role Description: This is a full-time, remote position for a Call Centre Agent position. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage potential customers with persuasive communication, and deliver excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, promoting products or services, addressing inquiries, and meeting sales targets. You may also assist in training new team members as necessary. Qualifications: Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address inquiries professionally Proficiency in Sales and Insurance processes for lead generation, pitching, and closing sales Ability to provide or contribute to Training for team development and performance enhancement Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude, with adaptability to a remote working environment Previous experience in a call center or similar role is a plus Ability to work in a high pressured environment. Must have no other jobs/studies/exams to finish off. Laptop or PC Operating System Windows 10/11 with a 64bit processor and 8GB RAM (No tablets or cellular devices). Computer literate. Fibre connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 mbps . Headset USB 2.0 connection (No Bluetooth or Aux headsets) . Smart phone with WhatsApp essential. Lan/Ethernet cable (plugged into Fibre router and computer for a stable connection). MUST have atleast 64BIT processor. MUST have atleast 8GB RAM. Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage. Eg. a UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) or a Generator. (MUST last 4-8 hours) All requirements must be met in order for your application to be successful.
