Requirements: · 8 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles. · Proven success in designing and scaling high-availability, high-volume systems. · Strong experience with microservices , cloud-native architectures , and API-driven platforms . · Deep understanding of modern development practices, DevOps, and Agile frameworks. · Solid knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks in financial services. · Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). · Cybersecurity knowledge: This includes encryption, intrusion detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
