My client is looking for a Business Analyst & CRM Specialist, to join their dynamic team. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field. · 3-5 years' business analysis experience, with at least 2 years in CRM administration/customization. · CRM Management & Optimization (60%) · Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement (40%) · Experience in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation. · Understanding of healthcare data flows, patient management systems, or public health programs (advantageous). · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, clinical, and operational teams.
