Senior Quantity Surveyor

One of our Clients, a leading specialist in high-end residential and specialist construction is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their team! In this senior role, you will oversee all commercial aspects of projects, including cost planning, contract administration, procurement, and final accounts. You will provide leadership and ensure commercial excellence across our project portfolio. § BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying § Professional registration with SACQSP § 10 years experience in senior QS or commercial management roles § Strong knowledge of JBCC contracts § Experience in high-end residential or specialist construction advantageous § Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cost-control skills
