Junior Shipping Clerk

An established fashion textiles company is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Junior Shipping Clerk to ensure the smooth flow of goods within our supply chain. Position is based in Springfield, Durban, Duties/Resposibilities Accurately prepare and package orders for shipment Attention to detail for accuracy in packing, labeling, and documentation Strong organizational skills to manage shipments and inventory Prepare and verify shipping documents Maintain organized shipment records Monitor inventory and update stock records Schedule pick-ups and coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse staff Minimum 1 year experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations Strong organizational skills to manage shipments and inventory Good communication skills for liaising with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams Familiarity with shipping software and knowledge of local/international shipping regulations Relevant industry experience is a plus
