Principal Civil Engineer

Were on the lookout for a visionary Principal Civil Engineer to lead complex water infrastructure projects from design through to delivery. In this senior role, youll provide strategic and technical leadership, mentor project teams, and drive innovation across multiple initiatives. Your expertise in risk management, planning, and execution will be key to delivering impactful, sustainable solutions. Professionally registered with ECSA Minimum of 8 years experience in water/wastewater infrastructure in both the public and private sector Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams Comprehensive knowledge of water governance, utility models, infrastructure finance and regulatory compliance, with demonstrated ability to apply this experience Strong experience and proven track record in client engagement, business development, and risk management (technical and commercial)
