National Logistics Manager

Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent. At least 5 years experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in FMCG. 35 years proven experience in a management or team leadership role. Strong knowledge of supply chain regulations, compliance, and warehousing KPIs. Experience with fleet management and maintenance. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Commercial and financial acumen, with strong numerical skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office; ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAGE Evolution) advantageous. Knowledge of OHS, quality management, and risk management systems. Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
