Assist with operational reporting, scheduling, and record-keeping to ensure smooth workflow. Job Requirements: Administrative support experience, preferably in operations, logistics, or production environments Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis Experience with ERP or operational management systems Document control and reporting experience Qualifications: Matric or Diploma in Administration, Business Management, or related field Previous administrative experience in an operational environment preferred Skills: Office administration and documentation management Reporting and data management Task prioritization and time management Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (advanced Excel preferred)
